Villa Asfiya is a large four bedroom villa on the Kalamar Road near Cafe Vita.
It has internet access, satellite TV, DVD player and selection of DVD’s, a safe, 3 iPod docks, water dispenser, dishwasher, stone BBQ, seating on roof terrace which has sweeping panoramic views from the Taurus mountains down to Kalamar Bay.
4 bedrooms all en-suite.
1. Master bedroom has a huge balcony with seating, sea and mountain views.
2. The top bedroom has a jet bath, very large roof terrace with stone seating and amazing views.
3. The 3rd bedroom is a twin room with views over olive trees.
4. The fourth bedroom is a large self contained apartment on the ground floor making it ideal for two families or teenagers who want some independence. There is a settee in the bedroom that converts into a single bed. In the lounge is a sofa bed that converts into a double bed.
Upstairs in the main lounge there is a feature stone fireplace and seating as well as a large, comfortable corner unit. Cream marble tops in kitchen and wooden units plus a wooden table and six chairs.
Outside there is a further glass topped table and 6 seats. A marble table and 4 seats. A day bed and a sun swing – I can confirm that both are good for sleeping on.
Outside the kitchen and at the rear of the property is a built in stone BBQ.
At pool level are six sun beds, 3 umbrellas and tables. A bean bag and a rocking chair plus a further marble table and 4 chairs.
It is a pleasant walk to Kalamar Beach Club and town in the other direction.
All two week bookings have a hire car for one week.
Our hampers for 2012 will include dishwasher tablets, clothes washing tablets, milk, bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, fruit juice, to get you started.
