Villa Asfiya is a large four bedroom villa on the Kalamar Road near Cafe Vita.
It has internet access, satellite TV, DVD player and selection of DVD’s, a safe, iPod dock, water dispenser, dishwasher, stone BBQ, seating on roof terrace which has sweeping panoramic views from the Taurus mountains down to Kalamar Bay.
4 bedrooms all en-suite. Master bedroom has a huge balcony with seating, sea and mountain views. The top bedroom has a jet bath, very large roof terrace with stone seating and amazing views. The 3rd bedroom is a twin room with views over olive trees.
The fourth bedroom is a large self contained apartment on the ground floor making it ideal for two families or teenagers who want some independence.
There is a feature stone fireplace and seating in lounge as well as a large, comfortable corner unit. Cream marble tops in kitchen and wooden units plus a wooden table and six chairs.
Outside there is a further glass topped table and seats. A marble table and seats. A day bed and a sun swing – I can confirm that both are good for sleeping on.
Outside the kitchen and at the rear of the property is a built in stone BBQ.
At pool level are six sun beds, 3 umbrellas and tables. A bean bag and a rocking chair plus a further marble table and chairs.
It is a pleasant walk to Kalamar Beach Club and town in the other direction.
All two week bookings have a hire car for one week.
Our hampers for 2012 will include dishwasher tablets, clothes washing tablets, milk, bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, fruit juice, mini soaps oh and some efes to get you started.
