Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Booking
A booking between the Owners and the person(s) making the booking (the
Client(s)) is valid only after the booking form has been completed and signed,
the appropriate deposit has been paid to the owners and the booking has been
confirmed in writing to the clients(s) by the owners.Signing of the booking form constitutes
acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client(s).
Balance payment
Please pay six weeks before departure unless otherwise
agreed.
Arrivals and departures
Unless otherwise agreed in advance –
Check inafter 2.00pm on the day of arrival
Check outbefore 11.00am on the day of departure
Cancellation
In the event of you having to cancel your booking
the following charges will apply:-
More than 12 weeks prior to departure Deposit only
Between 12 and 6 weeks prior to departure 50% of rental
Less than 6 weeks prior to departure100% of rental
All cancellations must be notified in writing at the
earliest opportunity.Should the owners
find it necessary to cancel your holiday, the owners shall be liable only for
money paid to them which will be refunded in full.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 is required to be paid when
you pay for the balance of your holiday.This will be refunded upon your return to the
UK providing that no loss or damage
has occurred on the premises and/or contents and there are no cleaning costs
other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupancy of the
premises.The client(s) shall be held
liable for the cost, without limit, of making good and all damage or loss to
the property, its furnishings or contents occasioned during the rental period,
with the exception of losses or damage arising as a result of events insured by
the owners.
Party size
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum
number of persons booking occupy the premises, except by prior consent.The owners (or their Agent) reserve the right
to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
Insurance
Clients are required to have suitable holiday
insurance for the period of their holiday giving cover for all members of their
party.
The owners do not accept any responsibility or
liability for the following:-
Loss or damage or changes
caused by force majeure events or any other event beyond their control.
injury, howsoever caused, as
a result of the use of the property’s swimming pool.
Clients and their guests are requested not to
allow unsupervised children to use the pool, which is around 1.75 metres
deep.The pool is not designed for
diving and this activity is dangerous.
Loss or theft of luggage or personal property at any time in or about
the property or any location within Turkey.
